remember grease after each use and oil change every 80 hrs. or once a year after the first 20hrs. break in period. hydro oil should be changed every 200hrs or every 2 years. at a minimum.

I would add that people may want to disconnect the two hoses for the swing bearing and then pump grease into the fittings until grease comes out of the disconnected hoses. I thought I was greasing mine thinking the hoses were already full but nope. I had to pump quite a lot of grease until it came out of the hoses.

Great points on changing zerk fittings out. That was the 2nd thing I did as the 1st was 'attempting to grease mine. OK that was after I made a small hole in the ground lol

I also made the rear panel into a door with some weld on Barrel hinges. It's much easier to gain access now.

They are about 2100lbs, most assume they are 1.5 tons or 3000lbs

What Amsoil Hydraulic oil did you use? Did you notice a difference in the operation of the Machine? IE smoother controls.

I used iso 46 and it operates the same it was smooth before the fluid change anyway.

Idlers and rollers doesn't have grease port, they are sealed with oil. Actually they use engine oil in my ViO-55. Same as the final drives.
