Endless summer Twist N shout hydrangea update in September without winter protection in zone 6a 🇺🇸

It blooms from new woods more. The problem is that I don’t get to enjoy the flowers because the buds formed late and we don’t have long warm days. The buds and flowers get hits by first frost. Right now it has lots of buds and still forming buds.
