The Festal Processional March was composed in 1911 and published by Theodore Presser & Co. Philadelphia.
Henry Hackett was organist at various churches in Birmingham, West Bromwich and Bideford. He was also a regular contributor to the journal 'The Organ’. He composed anthems, communion settings, piano pieces and songs as well as a number of organ compositions which were published both in England and the USA.
