Fei Long is a good character. But I had to work really hard with him. Against gung ho characters who come at you, he is great. But he can be especially difficult to use against characters who are defensive and cautious. I would say Guile is Fei Long's worst nightmare. Mainly because Guile often thinks about what he does before he does it, and he has a lot of defense and counter moves.
