The way we went from all the games, and with a movie that has been in development for 8 years is actually insane. We got to watch this franchise grow into this huge fandom.

I love how fnaf is definitely NOT a game for children, but those kids are now adults and can go see a movie which will probably not be for kids either. I love it

I don't think so. I don't think they would make an actual film where actual murder scenes take part. As we can see at the end of this trailer, it's gonna be a happy ending, and probably no Springlock scene.
i know some people expected a lot of agression from the animatronics but i love what they have done with them here. they have ghost of children inside them and the animatronics dont really hurt the night guard until the night guard tried to hurt them. that castle making scene also pays homage to the fact that they are kids on the inside and they don't wanna harm anybody. they are just playing.
This guy lost his best friend when he was a kid, then he went to the center of the earth, survived hunger games, now taking a job at freddy's. He knows no peace in life.
I remember being so excited when I first saw this trailer right after it came out, I'm so happy that the movie is finally here after 8 years! It's a complete masterpiece and I absolutely like how popular and successful it got, truly deserves it! 😄

The lore is correct, the director and the production studio are good and they're including big names from the FNAF RUclips scene. Definitely not perfect but it's not going to "suck ass"
Watching this trailer doesn’t feel the same anymore. I hate it when I get those post-event blues. This movie has been such a hype! These past 7 months of waiting for this movie to come out have been so much fun, but now after finally watching the movie, I feel so empty. I don’t even feel like rewatching the trailers because it won’t feel the same anymore, and it’ll just make my sadness worse because I already know what’s going on, so it isn’t exciting anymore (I know I am literally commenting in the official trailer for it, but I didn’t actually watch it, I just saw the last bit on mute and now I’m commenting). I actually enjoyed this movie. Never seeing or knowing anything about the background behind Five nights actually made it a better experience. I didn’t need it to be true to the “video games or tv series,” (still don’t know what it is) but this movie didn’t need gore/violence/sexual content/activity and it still was a Great 10/10 movie! Had me hanging on the entire film! Hope theirs a part 2-5 series with same director/actors!

I appreciate that they didn’t go any further by making them look too realistic, unlike Disney rn. They made them look exactly like they are in the game and I think that was a smart idea.
Even though FNAF’s lore can be complicated, let’s all agree that Cory’s cameo could actually be one of the biggest plot points the lore has ever given us and actually makes sense.
I'll be honest, this doesn't look horribly creepy or even that scary HOWEVER it still looks like it's going to be a really fun and enjoyable watch. Can't wait to see it!

I have an art teacher who once worked with Scott Cawthon before he made FNAF. Scott was gonna venture into other careers and then brought this gem of a franchise to life. Hope this film delivers well upon his legacy!

Well, it was how i expected it to be... the best fucking shit ever. Basically i felt like a child again the entire time watching the movie. Even tho, it wasn t the scarriest movie ever, this movie managed to get me back to the feelings i had while playing the games back in time. Good job guys, and Thank you for making the childhood dream came true.

As a Cory fan, him getting a cameo in a movie based off of a game that made his YT career after all these years is nice to see, even if its a small role, he was damn excited for it.
The fact that Blumhouse brought in Scott Cawthon to write the story and help with the screenplay is a MAJOR W. So many movies with lots of potential have been ruined by directors and writers who don't know anything about the source material. This doesn't seem to be one of those instances at all. So excited to see this on the big screen!!
We saw this with the Mario Movie too, with Shigeru Miyamoto being heavily involved with production and giving us an actually faithful adaptation of the games. I think we're finally transitioning out of the era of video game movies always being weirdly different from the source material and/or just overall bad quality
The fact they included Corey as a cameo for the movie makes this many times better to the point that many of us will want to see the movie even more at this point

I remember my own Son was playing on the phone with me acting like he lost his mind. Then I called my Drill Instructors name. When he hung up, a little later there was a HUGE OPPRESSIVE FORCE. There was this maddening music and they called themselves 'THE TREE TRUNKS'. He called the next day and I started humming the maddening song. HE EXPLODED in uncontrollable laughter!!!!
I watched Cory since 2016 when he had less than a million subscribers and every video i watched made me smile. Now it’s 2023 he has over 16 million subscribers and now is featured in a movie and I can not show how much I am so proud of him of how much he grew. He truly is the shogun!!

literally just left the theatres and h this brought out my inner child. I used to love the games and would beg my parents to take me to chuck e cheese since it was something that reminded me of fnaf. I know it wasn’t lore accurate but it was amazing nonetheless.

Some say it should be markiplier, which I totally understand, considering Cory isn’t the only one to stream FNAF and make the fan base what it is now, however, we must understand that this is a very subjective opinion that varies from person to person, so we shouldn’t bother finding the right answer, because there isn’t one. No matter who truly deserved it, the movie will still be a banger and I can’t wait to see it!!

Had a nightmare about this movie I never saw and I only played the game once years ago. I played it in a public gaming lounge and screamed out loud, getting stares from everyone. I was so embarrassed, I couldn’t bring myself to touch the game again.

The first part of the song is present in The Living Tombstone’s song, and if you pay attention to the light bulbs making the sounds when Mike first gets to Freddy’s, you can here it a bit.
Congrats to Scott Cawthon and CoryxKenshin bro. They’ve come so far it’s baffling. It’s so crazy to see how some random game developer and some small RUclips content creator from 2014 have both made greatness and have risen eachother to fame. I’m a huge fan of Cory and a huge fan of the fnaf franchise. It nearly brings a tear to my eye knowing that I used to watch Cory when I was young and watch gameplays of this game as a young kid. Now I’m a teen and I got to whiteness how far they’ve come. Once again, congrats to Cory and Scott for making this movie even possible. Much love to both of them ❤️
It’s amazing seeing Cory get recognized he deserves it, it’s mind blowing watching him play every single masterpiece Scott which he’s a genius by the way. Every game he’s created to watching him be in the first official movie and from the looks of it this movie isn’t gonna disappoint.

There's one thing some people missed. Golden Freddy's eyes normally indicate the 2 spirits in the animatronic in the games. Here in the trailer, we see that one of Golden Freddy's eyes is missing. Which might indicate that 1 of the souls in Golden Freddy is missing. We also know that the Crying Child is more friendly compared to Cassidy. Cassidy in UCN is torturing William forever, while the Crying Child lets go, and leaves the animatronic. Which probably means Cassidy is missing, and the one blue eye is the Crying Child. Which could be the reason Golden Freddy is not after Abby.
Yooow! MatPat we need you!! Which one of the souls are missing though, because Afton isn’t dead yet, unless the springlock scene is in the movie. Only William dying would explain Cassidy moving on to torture William in UCN. That means we might see the springlock scene in theaters.
Honestly let’s all agree Cory driving a car in the FNAF movie is going to give the film possibly an Emmy in about 5 seconds. It also could give on hope that Markiplier is saving his cameo as a secret knowing that fans will finally get to react to to the king of FNAF on the big screen.
It's incredible how they made the animatronics almost precisely on point to the game! Seriously mad respect for those who put so much time and effort into making the animatronics!

It's amazing how far Scott and the franchise has come. In less than a decade, a movie was born from such a simple yet terrifying indie game, and you can really tell how much love went into this. They have come so far and deserve it all. I'm so happy that Scott even gave a little bit of credit to the youtubers that always played all the amazing games he made.

Well, it was how i expected it to be... the best fucking shit ever. Basically i felt like a child again the entire time watching the movie. Even tho, it wasn t the scarriest movie ever, this movie managed to get me back to the feelings i had while playing the games back in time. The fact that Blumhouse brought in Scott Cawthon to write the story and help with the screenplay is a MAJOR W. So many movies with lots of potential have been ruined by directors and writers who don't know anything about the source material. This doesn't seem to be one of those instances at all. So excited to see this on the big screen!!

We saw this with the Mario Movie too, with Shigeru Miyamoto being heavily involved with production and giving us an actually faithful adaptation of the games. I think we're finally transitioning out of the era of video game movies always being weirdly different from the source material and/or just overall bad quality

A lot of people have been arguing about wether Cory really deserved the role. Some say it should be markiplier, which I totally understand, considering Cory isn’t the only one to stream FNAF and make the fan base what it is now, however, we must understand that this is a very subjective opinion that varies from person to person, so we shouldn’t bother finding the right answer, because there isn’t one. No matter who truly deserved it, the movie will still be a banger and I can’t wait to see it!!

It’s so crazy to see how some random game developer and some small RUclips content creator from 2014 have both made greatness and have risen eachother to fame. I’m a huge fan of Cory and a huge fan of the fnaf franchise. It nearly brings a tear to my eye knowing that I used to watch Cory when I was young and watch gameplays of this game as a young kid. There's one thing some people missed. Golden Freddy's eyes normally indicate the 2 spirits in the animatronic in the games. Here in the trailer, we see that one of Golden Freddy's eyes is missing. Which might indicate that 1 of the souls in Golden Freddy is missing. We also know that the Crying Child is more friendly compared to Cassidy. Cassidy in UCN is torturing William forever, while the Crying Child lets go, and leaves the animatronic. Which probably means Cassidy is missing, and the one blue eye is the Crying Child. Which could be the reason Golden Freddy is not after Abby.

It's amazing how far Scott and the franchise has come. In less than a decade, a movie was born from such a simple yet terrifying indie game, and you can really tell how much love went into this.
