Thank you for your great explanation, Is there a reason you have chosen 16#01000000 ? Is it random? If it is not random, What is gonna happen if there are two high boxes behind each other right away
Hi there, I've explained this point at the time 10:48 . 16#01000000 determines the position of the air blower. The program always must be written based on the conditions. usually, there is a small distance between boxes, so you can use capacitive and inductive sensors. otherwise, you will need to use high-precision optical sensors.
Hi dear. First, the program was written for every time a high box be entered, not for one high box. Also, the program is executed continuously by PLC. so, it doesn't need a loop. Please clarify your question.
Hi there, one bit at "IN3" determines the position of the air blower. I've used this position 16#01000000. Lword only has more bits and the number will be 16#0000000001000000. Note that, If the position of air blower is changed, this number will be changed too.
@@plcgoodsteam8934 okay noted. TQ for response. I have watched many videos, this is the easy one to understand. keep it up! may I know how to contact your team via email?
You can use a shaft encoder: Which is a sensor device that can be attached mechanically to a rotating shaft, and electrically connected to a logic system in order to feed information to the logic system regarding the rotation of the shaft.
Do you have a video showing how you set up %MD2?

Thank you for your sharing, i'm very appriciate!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My pleasure!
Thank you for video... it give me idea in my project...
Glad to hear that
Thanks for this video. Great job....
Thanks for checking out the channel content and for your comments!
This program is valid for one high box only , right?
We have to run it in a loop by making a pulse of 't' sec?

If we change data type from Dword to Lword, what value should we put on AND logic "IN3" ? (to determine the position of the air blower)

good morning, how can we find the actual position of the blower in a real application?

Muito bom
thanks a lot for the compliment!
Same way I am making shows compile error, sir
You mean with the same software you are doing the same thing that I did , but you are getting errors?
Encoder sink speed 2motor
Please let me know you question!
