Since I'm from Luxembourg and clicked on this because of the title and I insist on Luxembourg still being in first place, I researched that. So according to IMF (what this should also have been) Luxembourg is number one since Monaco and Lichtenstein are not included in the IMF report. Bermuda is a territory, so the actual top 5 would be Luxembourg, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland and Singapore in that order. I also know that Luxembourg is a bit cheesy because a lot of it does not stay in Luxembourg because of foreign workers that live in the neighbouring countries, but still, Luxembourg is in first place
