Sir plz provide lecture in English sir
Sir I make running notes from the lectures and then I revise them. Sir is good process?? Should I start answer writing right now ???? I' ll give my attempt in 2024
sir the labour theory you said has been discarded so do we have to mention that in our answers or not?
Yes... Definitely, His arguments pertaining to capitalism are based on Labour thoery of value!!
@@kaarwan-e-upsc okayy thankyou so much sir..
Siri have query nd doubt?
1)Strategy video mein u said running notes bnana hai means lecture ko dekhte hue smjhte hue jo ap write kr rhe h unko likhna h copy mein same jesa apne likha ya diffrnt way and same day revise bhi Krna h so that It will sustain for long means running notes jo ap likh rhe h usiko ap keh rhe hai na sir?
2)And sir if yes then apke lecture ke notes bnane k bdd if I read a book nd i have to write something related to same topic jo apse prha h toh add kse krenge books s apke notes k bd means space leave Krna h ya book k notes ala g bnane h
3)sir first lecture s foundation build kre concept smjhe then books prhe ya lecture k sath?
4) last one sir pehle Exhaustive means detailed notes khud k bnane k bdd nd multiple time read krne k bdd exam s pehle micro notes bnane h na becs topper says ki short note bnao how could it be possible sir utna time tk short notes kse yd rhenge and woh bhi koi foundation k bina? Starting mein detail notes bnana koi wrong approach hogi sir becs mujhe piche ka yd nhi rehta that's why I think write nd learn it later on make it short?
Thank u sir must reply ki confusion clear hojae
1. Yes... Make running notes along with the lectures... You will be able to retain and internalise more..... Revising them the same day would further consolidate them.
2. You could leave some space ... May be 2-3 pages for value addition.
3. You could read books simultaneously along with the lectures.
4. First make running notes and then compress them into micro-notes.
Also, no strategy is final, it all depends on your comfort... One could always come up with his/her strategy depending on one's attitude....... There is no single approach.... I am giving you a general framework within which you can innovate and add unique and creative strategies.
Thank u sir main ab apne according krunga first build concept with lectures and make notes of it and then after understanding whole thing then i start reading books or standard notes and after reading all these make my own notes out of all which will be my final source from all at one place.
Sir being one of oldest follower I request ki ancient walo ko dhyan me rakha jaye sir,, jayda wait n kraya jaye
Dear.... I just couldn't find time adequate time ro deal with history due to socio and other personal/work commitments... I could only resume history post October!!
@@kaarwan-e-upsc sir 😰😭🥺,, ❤❤ jo ho jaldi ho sir
sir please tell me how to read haralambos book
@@krishnamajji-l9v Main focus should be on making running notes out of the lectures....and then engaging in reading of that particular topic from Orange Haralambos.
sir should i have to include about commodity fetishism in answer of modes of production or if asked individually then only i have to about it.
Depends on your interlinkages... You can include it in capitalist mode of production... There is no bar on creativity.
@@kaarwan-e-upsc ok sir thankyou so much. How is your health sir?
@@letsstudy6904 Thanks, 😊... Recovered!!
@@kaarwan-e-upsc god bless you sir

Sir , Does the concept of fetishism similar to Hegel 's concept of idealism?
No it's not.
Idealism of Hegel is centred around considering mind (ideal/consciousness) being the primary reality and leading to secondary reality(matter/being)... For eg. An architect first design a building before constructing it.
Commodity fetishism is based on or an outcome of material conditions of capitalism (matter/being) .. It is Marx's idea....and his approach is reverse of Hegel....so it's not similar...wherein Being determines consciousness....It is linked to reification though (which is not idealism).
Good evening Sir,
in one of the que upsc asked about types of exchanges.
can we add this marx theory : types of mode of exchanges c-m-c and m-c-m?
also, can we use it in acronyms form as heading (c-m-c, m-c-m)?
Yes... Definitely..These were used my Raymond Aron in his book sociological thought...and are a part of sociological vocabulary..... I have discussed this in the lecture- capitalists Mode of Production.
@@kaarwan-e-upsc yes Sir from that lecture only I got to know about it.
but sir is it given by Karl Marx or Raymond aron?
sir how to tackle que like......do you accept that marxism offers a prefabricated theory of social change ? discuss critically.
is marxian theory of social change useful to comprehend changes in developing societies?
also, sir what are the views of feminist scholars on the reserve army of labour?
sir learning a lot from u thank u😊.
@@adityapatil8870
1. Given by Karl Marx.
2. These are not difficult questions to answer.... Infact, these types of questions present an opportunity to be creative and multidimensional, once you know the basic theories.... For instance so many points and dimensions could be used in Marxist relevance in developing societies (Marx, Neo-Marxists, dependency theory, wallerstein world system theory, indian marxist sociologists)... Similarly in reserve army of labour you could include multiple feminists and their views (sexual DOL, feminisation of occupation, unequal pay for equal work, pink collar jobs, feminisation of poverty, Gender and stratification, unpaid work etc.)
It's difficult to answer these questions in detail here... However, I will come up with short pyq videos post completion of paper-1.... But these dynamic questions give one the opportunity to give rich and multidimensional answers as there are no standard answers for these questions!!
@@kaarwan-e-upsc eagerly waiting for pyq video.😊
though familiar with those terminologies couldn't think of it. thanks for helping me to link it with the given que.
sir the in the first que
I am unable to understand que itself.
sir do we have to take the meaning of prefabrication in a positive or negative term?
do we have to mention the positives and criticism of the Marxian theory of social change?[critically means careful or analytical evaluation, critical dissertation .....or...
we have to discuss Marxian theory of social change in detail [ critically meaning in depth]
sir broad framework and points will suffice
@@kaarwan-e-upsc sir can we also write about Karl polayni economic exchange theory and George homes and Peter Blau social exchange theory with Marx and Raymond??
Sir what is phantasmagoria in the Marxist context? Is it same as commodity fetishism?
I have not come across this term... Need to look it up.
Sir can reply my query? I have written it
Baaki sir aap god to ho hi
Sir best book for thinkers?
Ritzer.
Is Althusser's thought given in this book sir?
sir can we use this beedi industry , or prostitution example in exam?
Yes definitely... The example of Beedi industry is a very authentic one ... Repeated references of it you can find in The Hindu when they talk about Informal labour and exploitation thereof.... Same goes for prostitution as well.... It's Commodification of women and leads to immoral and illegal trafficking in Flesh... Without any concern for her interests, emotions etc.!!
Thanks sir
