It’s a weird one because technically we sit on top of chairs not inside them but I believe when it’s a possessive object such as MY chair it’s correct to say “in”

SOOO, We "HAVE" to use/learn/respect these new pronouns, SOME how know... 🤷🏽♀️ who is what?!? I identify as Ma'am, so in turn, are the pronouns going to return my right to be me??
Thank you for your feedback. The intention of the video is share a way, not the only way to teach pro-nouns to pre-K students. Ma'am is a noun so, I am not clear what you're question is.
Thank you for following and commenting. Yes, the rest of the pronouns should be taught too. We appreciate this hub of idea sharing, so please feel free to send us your ideas for teaching those too. :)
Curious about how you would do this to be LGBTQ inclusive? Couldnt this be upsetting to students who are not out? What about the use of singular they? I am a new ESL teacher who is non-binary and I want to make sure I teach clearly and inclusively and so that they can all get a full understanding of how pronouns are truly used in the english language.

Thank you for your question. Teachers' follow state guidelines for what to teach and when. This is meant to start building the foundations for vocabulary that will be built upon.
To not hurt feelings against someone calling themselves demonself/queen/trans when its just a dude. You could say the tiktok version of nft's or snake oil
Agreed, but if you watched the video, the teacher isn't using pronouns in a 'woke' way. Simply girl is 'she', boy is 'he', and multiple students are 'they'.
can u please give me an idea for starter in lesson plan for this lesson
? how to begin ?

Perfect activity....
But I have one doubt.
Is it 'sitting in my chair' or 'sitting on my chair'?
Need help
Thank you for watching. We are a movement of people sharing information -- can any other viewers offer advice on this?
I normally say on my chair, I believe that is right. But I heard a lot of native teachers say ‘in my chair’.
It’s a weird one because technically we sit on top of chairs not inside them but I believe when it’s a possessive object such as MY chair it’s correct to say “in”
Hmm interesting! But is it correct to say in ?
That is not arm chair
........ So in the chair or on the chair? Which is correct

This is bad English. It wouldn't be their. Their implies more than one owner. It would just be "This is (insert name)'s pencil.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

deanna they are 4 years old kids can u please give them couple more years jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez
@@sandroemircomarella8166 I get they probably won't be using neutral pronouns at four, but there's no harm in teaching them early
