Thanks so much for this 2-part interview. I'm sorry to hear about the tragedy in Alan's life, but I'm glad to hear he is still doing well and is able to do something he enjoys in his spare time. There are lots of things from the documentary that I fondly remember, but Alan being interviewed while feeding 100s into the slots as if it's just a routine with no thought at all always cracks me up. As a lover of the Stevens' properties, I am also very eager for Circa; they cynic in me just hopes a mega-resort like that won't usher in an era of Strip pricing and poor gambling rules to the downtown area.
The scenes with Allan were so natural because that is exactly how he is when playing tables and slots. Circa will be amazing. Just let me know when you want to visit and I'll help make it fun for you and your guests.

Such a fantastic interview/video. I've been a Diamond member at Caesars properties for years. I know this is random, but one huge takeaway I got from the interview is I think I might take my business to downtown Vegas when life gets back to normal. Great job @Matt Bridger. This was so good. I really hope Louis does do a follow up. It was great to hear about Richard's wedding too, and Louis putting the footage together. There's just something about the doco that I keep coming back to. It really captured something real. All the best.

Such an incredible interview and an amazing and brilliant man. When he said people come to vegas and do things they would never do anywhere else to live through that till there next trip, it gave me goosebumps because it’s so true and I have always said that. That’s why I go every year whether it’s a group trip or solo. Thanks man for this content it makes the fact that I had to cancel my March trip just a little easier. I hope your next trip this year is when I am there really would love to sit and have a few buds with you.

Fantastic Documentary Matt and of course sorry to hear about Alan's tragic loss. Great that Richard was so open. I went to The D when I was last in Vegas a year ago, I loved the Classic Slots section but I stupidly didn't get a players card but got one for the Plaza.
Hopefully will be a part of a group pull soon.

It’s very sad story about Alan. Regardless of how we may have felt about him due to the documentary? He never came across as an evil or bad guy, not to me at least.
So I do feel legit sorry that he had something personal that affected him :(

Loved the interview, your vlogs are always informative and entertaining, I have given many casinos/hotels a try that I would of originally discounted because of your vlogs. Me and my wife have been in love with Vegas ever since we got married there in 2001 and now my daughter who has just turned 18 is just as hooked as us. Great job Matt, Richard showed what a class guy he is and what a great chat you guys had, was in the D in February had a great steak in the restaurant and a few cocktails at the blackjack table. Been going to LV since 96, hope it gets through this like it did in 08, I’ll keep rocking up from the U.K.

I had never heard of Richard before these interviews (I’m a Yank so Louis’ stuff isn’t as mainstream here), but he made an hour seem like 10 minutes top. I definitely get why he’s been so successful.
