Hey guys, if you're into waterfalls and streams, there's aplenty in Hulu Langat - 20 mins outside KL. I call it my backyard since it's super close to my home. You may find pockets of Orang Asli villages if you drove towards Pangsun. And further front is the foot of Nuang Mountain - a natural boundary between 3 Malaysian states - Selangor, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan. Another place I'd recommend is a day trip to an eco-farm at Titi in Negeri Sembilan. To reach the farm, you can drive from Hulu Langat all the way up to Genting Peres, which is am uphill state border between Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Though it's high on the hilsl, you'll be shocked to know that Titi and its neighbouring town Kuala Kelawang is hot and humid. But you'll love the scenic kampung view there. There's also a cultural museum in Kuala Kelawang for Steve to check out.

THE district of Jerantut in Pahang is famous for Taman Negara, but it is also home to another nature preserve known for its folklore and legends.
Off Jalan Jerantut-Benta, about 20km from Jerantut town is Gua Kota Gelanggi, a limestone cave complex said to be hundreds of millions of years old.
Legend has it that the site is the remains of an ancient kingdom known as Gelang Kiu, which in Thai means the “Treasure House of Jewels”.
A local tale surrounding the complex is that of a war or curse that befell Gelang Kiu, which brought an end to the city.
There are several versions to the story, ranging from the fantastical to logical but the theme is the same - two members of royalty who fought over a princess.
One of it tells the story of Raja Gelanggi, who had his beautiful princess betrothed to Raja Usul.
Raja Mambang wanted to marry the princess too and a war ensued. The mythical figure Sang Kelembai then appeared, chastising the two for fighting over a woman.
A curse was cast and turned everything into stone, wiping the kingdom off the map.
Just a short story copied from news article..more story? You should find local storyteller...😄

Let me be candid, I am selfish. For me, I want you two to go to East Malaysia next, not to Turkey. At least not yet. Just like in Peninsula Malaysia, you succeeded in finding all these hidden gems, off the beaten track which I found eye opening and exhilarating. I am certain you will find even more such places in East Malaysia, simply because there are many beautiful places that are not yet explored. If Covid 19 is the concern, I am certain you would have already done your homework. Daily cases in Turkey still exceed 1000 vs 50-200 here. So, that’s my opinion. In any case, thanks for your great vlogs! You are true adventurers.

Wow I see that both of you had a very interesting and challenging day today , I dare not entering further deep into the cave , out of my comfort zone 😬 it’s dark and can’t stand the snake and bats anyway the waterfall is awesome the water must be cool 👍🏻 huh ? How nice of Amy for taking you guys around. Sarawak is known for the Land of Hornbills and its Malaysia national bird.

You do looks like a tribal man Steve! OMG! not really like tiger...Jungle cat? ha..ha...

Woah that white snake still there? I met it around 9 years ago and it still small.. and the part that had been cut in the cave floor is the remnants of archeological activities.. several caves had such similar digging pattern.. and that cave guard Pak Chat had many interesting stories, he had experience with the underworld of the cave.. Orang Bunian, maybe you call it Elf in the west.. last part, why you bath at the small stream not beside the golf course 😅😅😅
