    Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    4 tomatoes green peas
    1 onion for bhaji
    1 onion for serving
    Coriander leaves
    1 capsicum
    Ginger garlic paste
    2 green chillies
    Butter
    Black pav bhaji masala
    Roast 1/2 dry coconut on direct gas flame
    In a pan , dry roast
    Shah jeera
    Black pepper 10-15
    Cloves 8-10
    Tej patta
    Elaichi 3-4
    Masala elaichi 1
    Star anise 1
    Dal chini/cinanamon 1 inch
    Stone flower / दगड फुल
    Blend all this ingredients in a mixer to smooth powder
    In a pressure cooker
    Add 6 potatoes
    4 tomatoes
    And green peas
    Give 2 whistles till soft
    Heat a pan or pav bhaji tava
    Add butter
    Chillies
    Ginger garlic paste
    Saute for a minute
    Add onion
    Saute for a minute
    Add capsicum
    Cook only till translucent
    Add dry masala
    Salt
    Add vegetable puree
    Add fresh peas and coriander
    Serve hot with masala pav and burrata cheese
