@@ArnauRos Essentially the same as you. Delivering Webflow deliverable to branding agencies who websites to their clients but outsource the build. I already have an agency that does bespoke Branding and web design but the one I mentioned above has been a better fit since I already have a relationship with two agencies that have been very successful. I came to the realization that this business model would better suit me.

This was an interesting one! I have wondered if people combine RUclips content and blog articles for SEO. And clearly killer content still works. I'm also curious if you have ane cold outreach plans for the agency?
Can't say that I have huge experience. I've been sending approximately 4 cold emails per day semi automatically. It's of course a numbers game and my numbers are very low. No results to mention either. But I'm getting the feel of it and honing the copy. Imagine if you had a working inbound and outreach system.

minimum project we're trying to do is around 10k nowadays, but we of course get inquiries for smaller projects with a smaller scope as well

Cold outreach is such a beast to tackle we haven't had any plans on that yet. Have you had experience with it?
