You are amazing my friend. Seriously. Guitar hero no doubt but also RUclipsr and or commenter. Great job with your studies and scripting for the shows. Thats why you deserve a huge growth.
Great history lesson, thanks. I had a lot of those same floor toys Plus an old echoplex that still wish I had. In fact I Still wish I had all my old floor toys and old guitars. Great job digging into the history of David Gilmour.
back in 1970...i had a 50 Watt marshall amp, a 100 watt orange box, a strat and a Vox Wahwah...also a echo machine (can't remember the brand) which was very complicated and rarely used.....oh...the days....haha....all gone long ago....now i've got "modern" gear...which is probably much better stuff than we had back then....-)
6:55 "They started running their guitar through to get some warble..." Sure, that's the result. But I think at the time it was more like "Hey , I wonder what this will do." Lol.
I'm sorry but a lot of the info regarding gear and it's availability is completely wrong. "Dunlop crybaby", Whatare you talking about?. From '67 Maestro had the Boomerang wah. Syd used a Selmer Treble and Bass. Manny's didn't paint over a sunburst in black, Fender did. That's just some of the mistakes you've made.
Haha, no. Must be the lighting. Never put makeup on my face in life. But I see what you mean. My cheeks look lighter than the rest of my face. No idea why, other than poor lighting.
15 minutes well spent - very informative. I was aware of some aspects of his gear but not most. Look forward to Part II. Much appreciated!
