Listening to this album again made me realize that 'SAVAGE' really has a unique impact.

Aespa came on strong from the beginning and for me, they have stayed on top of all the 4th gen girls group. I don't see anyone coming up to their level with their incredible talent. Vocals, visuals, personalities....SM knows how to pick them.

Savage EP was the steal of the year! They should have won “Album of the Year”!!!! 🤷🏻♀️
Aespa went from a group I largely ignored and don’t care for to literally one of my Ults after I decided to actually give their music a try. Savage is one of my favorite kpop albums.
It's weird to say but Aespa is very underrated, they deserve so much more attention and hype (even though they're already EXTREMELY popular) they really put out music that no other group could make. They're on top of the game in every category but they're slept on... I'm glad you gave them a try !!
@@kihyun9879 I agree!! I feel like SM groups get the least amount of attention these days but imo they make the best music. Also aespa core and their concept is extremely unique in k-pop I wish more people took notice.
as an sm stan since 2013 (and been a fan of snsd and now aespa) i can all assure you that aespa is really one of the best girl group
especially their vocals, they have diff tones and genres on their own and it compliments one another that's why every song of them is soooo good
also, their concept is really one of the BEST out there, they really open the metaverse concept and prove that they can do that type of genre. kudos to their mvs, smcu films, and teaser pics/concepts
And that 'savage mini album' really proved that they're really one of the best artist out there
When I first listened to Savage album I was surprised how well balanced aespa as a group is especially the vocals of rapper duo KariSelle, glad you loved it! This was peak aespa for me, like there's no other group that have songs like this

All the songs on this album are my favorites. Actually, none of Aespa's songs fail. You have to hear all the songs on their albums. Aespa is very cool!! ❤
They came in with one of the best debut ever and then they came out with one of the best 4th gen mini album, they really did that !

@@Leeteaa this, such a wild and eclectic mix of genre influences too, I don't think any mini before or after managed to mesh so many electronic genres quite like this

Your vibe in I'll Make You Cry is priceless. I love this song. I think this album is perfection. SM should really try making something just as solid as this one. Spicy gets close
thematically and conceptually... this is still aespa's best album
also lucid dream proves that not all slow songs in the album need to be a ballad
"Savage" was truly a masterpiece of an album. Definitely still my favorite album from them. All their songs are AMAZING Live. Went to the NY show, and it was a blast. And the crowd was pretty loud for a concert in NY( NY'ers are known to be quiet/boring at times during concerts) Quite shocked that like 60% of the fans in the crowd were girls though, Thought they'd have a pretty even split or even just a slightly more guy fans, but I guess it was thx to that, that the crowd was LIT.

aside from those damn lyric videos not being accurate, i fully agree w/ you saying this mini in general is so aespa-coded and therefore enjoyable and memorable. as a fervid my, i believe sm still hasn't topped this mini w/ them as i consider it their peak - it has everything yet they didn't promote it as much as my world.. smh i hope their comeback in november will be at least 3/5 as good as this or just better than my world which wasn't bad but left me wanting more, especially because we know their potential both as individually and collectively.

I remember when the savage album came up, the whole Savage tt experience had left me dumbfounded, then I sat down, started the album, got hyped up by aenergy while doing chores around the house, real blasting it on my earphones, and then I'll make you cry hit and I found myself by the end of it, standing in the middle of the living room, holding my mop and staring at a wall while my eyes out of their own volition just decided to cry on me, a whole religious experience for 3:35 min. I haven't been the same since
