Hi Mel. Congratulations to the winner... Thank you for the opportunity. I have a very bad back and hip, i have scoliosis. I started doing yoga only about 15 minutes a day its a decent warmup and it really helps strengthen your core. Also helps some of the soreness from walking i do yoga then go walk. Very cute baby ... I see boy tho lol ... I cant watch the news anymore it just breaks my heart. Oh and about 1/4 cup white vinegar in laundry washed on cold will set the colrs so they dont bleed or fade. Ik ik i talk to much gab gab gab lol sorry. Happy Sunday
