I'm obsessed with the color of your Eun sweater! Such a pretty blue! As for Asian designers, I would recommend Midori Hirose. I've knit the Paul Klee sweater from her and it's a lot of fun. Plus, it's good for using up yarn scraps!
You look phenomenal in this blue shade ❤ someone on Instagram shared about your podcast and I'm so glad I clicked, I really loved this video! Shameless self-plug but even if I'm only half korean, I have published a couple of patterns on Ravelry, and they are size inclusive 😊
Thank you so much!!! I just looked and your halmoni cardigan is so pretty! Half Korean is still Korean!!! I’ve already filmed for tomorrow’s video but definitely will keep your patterns in mind for future projects! Thanks for watching!
Happy 2025, YeJi! Your Make 9 plans contain several things I want to make too. The Anemone sweater is darling. I’m working on my Eun sweater right now :)
@@thehopefulheliophile yay! Happy New Year! I’m excited to be able to make some of these items together then! Can’t wait to see your post on your Eun Sweater 🥰
Happy new year! I love hearing about people’s plans for the new year. I am hoping to knit Sedna Yang's Blooming Daisy Jeogori this year, and i think that pattern is at least size inclusive, but I'm not familiar with if all her patterns are
My suggestions for asian designers: Yeon Hwa Lee, Noriko Ichikawa, Sachiko Burgin, Yucca, Derako / Yukie Onodera, Soumine KIM, From Mayo, Manmi Choi, JunkoOkamoto (not the most size inclusive but her designes tend to be very oversized), Jessica Tsung, Ayeong Son, Sedna Yang, Midori Hirose, yamagara, Kara Eng, Kukiko Inoue, Joanna Ang, Yumiko Alexander, Ayano Tanaka, Sallyknit, Athena Liu, Joan Ho, Rievive, eri shimizu, Oona Kim, Hiromi Nagasawa, Yun Jeong, Xiaowei Design, Yuka Tomioka, Eunji Jang, Yeo dawool, Yuko shimizu, Cookie the Knitter and Irene Lin. I´ve either knit of bought patterns from most of them....some even have free patterns.
Great video YeJi! I've knit a lot of patterns by Aimee Sher and Tori Yu (as you probably already know!). Jessie Maed Designs is another great size-inclusive Asian designer who I've knit several patterns from. Also check-out Sachiko and Kiyomi Burgin, twin sisters from Toronto - I have knit from their Moon and Turtle pattern book. ~Stephanie
Yes! I love so many of your pieces! I’ll definitely check all the designers out! Another commenter also mentioned the Burgin sisters and their patterns look super fun too! Thanks Stephanie!
Hi, i started watching your podcast about one or two months ago, when it came in to my feed. I'm very impressed by the number of your finished project in 2024, especially since you're a mom with small kids. Tomomi Yoshimoto has size inclusive patterns. I think i will be knitting the Drawing Sweater, or at least ill purchase yarn for it in 2025. I enjoyed preparing my make nine, and the list of the project that i want to knit in 2025. Looking forward to your next podcast. Good luck to both of us to stick to our plans.😊
Hi! Thank you for watching!!! My last knit of 2022 was the Drawing Sweater! I love it - will have to remember to wear it in an episode soon! I will definitely check out more of her patterns!
Oh this color you are wearing is driving me crazy! So beautiful💙
Thank you so much Nikitina!!!! ♥️

Wow! Just a comprehensive list! Thank you!! I’ve been eyeing the Baci sweater by Manmi Choi, so may decide on that one!
