For nausea something ginger helps a lot, I've lived on ginger Biscuits and stoney lol and my doctor made me have energade just so I could have energy as my nausea was extremely bad with my 3rd child, when you have your preg vitamins (I used Pregnavite or PregOmega) try eat a little than take the vitamins than continue eating that helped me feel less nauseous.

Very exciting and thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with us.I have 3 kids, all were different.I craved Veggies(never liked veggies), sour stuff like dried apricots, mebos, plums etc.Banana muffins.Mint ice cream(and i never use to like mint) and peanut butter on fresh bread, anything spicy...en ek was altyd honger al was ek ook maar baie siek. Sterkte en jy sal leer om om dit te werk, ons bid dat dit makliker word elke dag, geniet die pregnancy journey 😇

Most pregnancies I discovered that if a baby cross legs its normally a girl, boys will lay open... As long as baby is healthy the gender is not so much an issue... Only greatful for your blessings... Congrats and enjoy each moment, good or bad... It's memories... Super excited for the both of you😍😍🌹💐

Ek het Mom2B shakes gedrink, want die pille het my baie naar gemaak(fillibon) ek het ook net vrugte ge eet en dark choclate(ekt n soet tand) en dan ook net steamed veggies. Ek kon ers op maand 4 vleis eet.

I have clients who were and still is pregnant and they used the Herbalife shake whilst being pregnant as a meal replacement and also my coach used the products all thru her pregnancy and she had the best pregnancy as both her and baby got good nutrition Algamdulilaah.

Try eating provita biscuits with whatever you want to eat on there. I eat it just like that as well with some tea.
Try toast. That's all I could eat. The smell or even just looking at chicken made me nauseous. Especially when it's just being put in the pot. I would have to walk out of the house before my inlaws started cooking, for like the whole pregnancy lol. Also, I craved coke. I would wake up crying for it and all the shops were closed but I neeeeeeeded it so bad lol. Fun times ahead sheeca! Second trimester is supposed to be the honeymoon trimester where you enjoy pregnancy much more
I lived on Mom2B shakes during my pregnancy... it gives you all the vitamins you are missing from not eating. Also, you can look into maybe an extra Iron Supplement for your dizziness.. didn't Dr send you to Paarl to the Sonographer? We found out the gender on 12weeks when we went to the sonographer.... enjoy the bump

With my son I also couldn't eat anything my whole pregnancy I got naar. I could only eat fruit and yoghurt, and red meat with veggies. So try and see if it works for you too. Oh and slap chips my go-to food with salt and vinegar.

I had the same food intake problem, I also could only tolerate fruits. I am a vegetarian since I can remember, but in pregnancy I wanted steers burgers. I don't know how someone who don't eat meat grave meat. All of the best with your pregnancy journey
