There may be over 100 known caves in Carlsbad Caverns National Park, but only a few have ever been open to visitors. The namesake Carlsbad Cavern is open for self-guided tours, Spider and Slaughter Canyon caves were open for ranger-guided tours until recently (if I recall correctly they were closed due to the pandemic and have not been reopened, and I heard from a ranger last year that they've found that Spider has a high level of something dangerous (radon?) and is not safe for a human to go into more than once or twice a year), and there are a few other caves that you can visit with a permit. Also, the video segment of the hardhat-wearing people standing near a pool (Lake of the Clouds I'm guessing) is not available for visitors to see.
Born and raised! The Living Desert is not a zoo that has zebras, camels, or other animals not native to the desert! The animals there are in captivity because they were born there or they were brought there after being injured to the point that they can no longer take care of themselves in the wild. Last time I was there they had just gotten a bald eagle whose right wing was injured and the bird can no longer fly. It’s sad seeing that but good knowing that the animal is cared for.
Inaccurate information about the Zoo and Gardens. They only have species of animals indigenous to the Chihuahuan Desert. There has never been, or ever will be Zebras, Giraffes, or non-indigenous species on exhibit.

That line seems like AI generated the script for this and was totally wrong. LOL
