Kat, I think the bracelet was actually Tourmaline not sapphire. It went by quickly, but It looked like tourmaline. One of my favorite stones because of all the colors it comes in! 😀

In the UK our canals and rivers are being completely destroyed by our local water suppliers pumping sewage into them with no real regulation,this has had a massive impact on our wildlife, it's rare to see anything other than wood pigeons on our bird feeders

That is so incredibly sad! I am standing outside on my deck right now and I love hearing the birds chirping and we even have a woodpecker that is always pecking on the trees. I couldn't imagine not hearing them everyday. 😢

You do exactly what I do at estate sales...I'm close to you in South Georgia. I go straight for what I saw i Pics that I want. Then do a once over, then go back sometimes 2 X's. Some great finds have not even made the pictures ! Thanks for sharing Kat !

We used to get hummingbirds down here in Fort Myers when I was a kid and I attracted one maybe 20 years ago but I don’t see any in the wintertime here in Fort Myers like we used to when I was a child. Such a bummer. I love hummingbirds.

I’ve never heard of any of the jewelry brands…are they from QVC? I’ve never watched QVC. I’m still wearing my grandmothers jewelry from the 40s-50s and my own from 80s-90s…which I guess is all trendy now, lol. So I have no idea what the current brands are.

We wait at estate sales in negative wind chills and lake effect snow. Slick driveways and number system where you have to stay on site. All for 20 people wanting the same items

I have chosen not to go at times. We also have hit summers and waited 3 hours for a huge charity sale to open. Just as it opened someone behind us fainted. Heard he was okay. I hear they are moving to an air conditioned church this year where people can line up inside. Envious of your sales and your ability to choose not to get an item because it is a few dollars more than you would like. Great self control

Sometimes your zoom ins are out of focus. It makes it hard for me personally to appreciate what you found.
I use a go pro to film as it makes it less wobbly (I've used a camera and I'm not steady so people got dizzy) it isn't made for close ups unfortunately. That's why I do the haul at the end with a camera to show you again better :-)

So I have a main channel The Nurse Flipper that I teach more about how to resell and how I do everything. We have over 7000 items listed and alot 5000sq ft of storage mostly in sheds (I have 11 acres) I have employees that help me list. I started just me but have built it up over 4 years :)

Hi Cat. I know this is an older video, but i was just wondering how you're doing selling the jewelry? Most of my eBay store is jewelry from estate sales. It's kind of amazing how cheap some pretty nice jewelry sells for. I see a lot of people that put jewelry like this on auction and they get almost nothing for it. That also seems to drop the conceived price it's going for. What do you think?
I sold it all on whatnot within a week :-) I went back and spent over 3k and sold that over 3 weeks on whatnot as well. I think 99% of things on eBay shouldn't be on auction and this isn't the 1990s when it was all auctions. People don't realize that and put common pieces on auction and don't get what it's worth. It should be listed and wait for the right buyer to come even though with jewelry that can take a long time.
What!!! My last estate sale, I got about 400+ pieces of jewelry and I'm still listing them! I need to figure out how to list faster!
