That’s kinda just how products work 😭 It’s similar to asking what if your glasses get scratched after buying them, there isn’t rly anything she can do. Some ppl prefer to leave their keychains as a collectors item at their home so it doesn’t get scratched, others keep it on the backpack and don’t mind if it gets a few scratches over time. Theres a trick i made up for already scratch keychains, you can put a layer of clear nail polish on top to make the scratch seem less noticeable 😊 but when its directly in the light you can still see the scratches if there deep

Buy a new one. Not much you can do after that. I heard there are a couple of hacks to fix a scratched up keychain, but I guess it depends on how much effort you're willing to put in to save it. Short: Buy a new keychain.
