Let’s say you add a kick drum-i’m pretty sure you can write in FX after that and then add other parts afterwards, which won’t be effected- not 109% sure though give it a try.

the delay effect is possible to apply to singular voice or is only for all voices's trak?
There is a way to have it effect just one voice but it’s tricky- it’s ideally to effect all voices
