About the Hotel Raito penthouse suite and Mikhail Akulov:
Hotel Raito is a hotel in Night City in Cyberpunk 2077.
(There is no data online stating if it only has one building or multiple branches throughout the city, country, or even the whole world in Cyberpunk lore.)
It is marketed as a popular luxury hotel in Night City, catering to multiple high-profile personalities including Lizzy Wizzy's guitarist Chuck Johnson, Kiroshi engineer Kazuyo Sonodo, and Ryu Allman, director of "Soggy Sirens."
The hotel has a penthouse suite at the top of its Kabuki building, which was where Mikhail Akulov was billeted after moving out from the Konpeki Plaza after their experience during the lockdown when Saburo Arasaka was murdered.
The penthouse suite consists of two levels, with lounges, living area, kitchen, bar, usual indoor dining table, lower sun deck, private office, conference room, bedroom, and an upper deck used as a roof deck garden and landing pad.
Mikhail Sergeievich Akulov, its tenant during the Cyberpunk 2077 storyline, is a fixer of the Soviet Union who travels to Night City in 2077 for a major arms deal with Arasaka. He becomes the target of Regina Jones and V as part of a gig ordered by Regina's client from the Chinese military, which is the Soviet Union's bitter rival in the Arasaka arms deal.

About the game:
Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt RED. The story takes place in Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective of a customisable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.
The game is a continuation of the events of Cyberpunk 2020, taking an alternate path to that of Cyberpunk V3.0. The game is set in the dystopian metropolis of Night City and in the Free State of Northern California. Night City is located south of San Francisco around the area of Morro Bay, CA.
The game follows the story of V - a hired gun on the rise in Night City, the most violent and dangerous metropolis of the corporate-ruled future.

I just accidentally got up here yesterday climbing up the adjacent building with double jump. I jumped onto the garden balcony from the antenna tower. The little lift on the other side of the floor is a great way to double jump onto the roof. Hey nice video too guy
