You have no control over big or smalls eggs...
If u want to boost how large the egg gets add a small pan of black sand to a corner they will eat it. You will see the result

Regular grass...I'm not sure about the saw dust

On the floor same procedure like the broiler u can use sand or s same saw dust

I would say read up about them before starting... because the birds are very expensive so before you invest you need to learn about them...
