I thought that when you got anxiety you have to avoid matcha also. I miss coffee ect

@@emmalrobles ty for you quick response, I appreciate it!! I googled it right away, because I also avoid green tea ect. And I read different things, one says it reduce stress and anxiety and the other says, avoid when you have anxiety.
