Surge had one of the most revolutionizing gadgets and refactors in the game. Merging the gadget with the super was a 1000 iq move and significantly expanded the way he could be played

This is not true. They removed his gadget when they reworked surge and included movement and jumping into his super. This was told during the brawl talk where his rework was announced.
Power Surge is much more OP than the shield one. Plus it was more toxic imo because it is really hard to react to a Surge teleporting onto you. Don't get me wrong, that gadget was easily one of the most fun gadgets to use in the game's history, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't very problematic.

Yeah that and it was easily the most versatile gadget in the game back when it was still around, which would've made it difficult for them to make a 2nd gadget to compete with it. It was good offensively to get on top of someone so that you could hit them with a super. It was good defensively to get you out of harms way. And it was good as a mobility option because it allowed you to instantly go on the other side of walls or water.

Bring back surge teleport gadget but make it so it cant go through walls. So ge just blinks a step ahead. Same range as shelly dash but its instant. This would be good but not broken. He can dodge dynamike super shelly super franky super gene pull and other attacks
I hate with my soul what they did to penny, it was my main for a long time, i farmed for all her skins and got her to rank 30... but then supercell changed her because "normal" people apparently couldnt hit shots with her, the only thing i didnt like about her was her reload speed and the 1480 of damage or something she dealt back then, aside from that i loved her... but no, they only changed her bullet speed and a full rework that broke my strats, my gameplay style, everything... I since became a chester main but i still remember what they did to me and my penny Like, i was able to destroy walls with my turret, combo the ass out of people, people couldnt be too near each other, etc. i used her the moment i got her back at 2019, before even the gadgets. it was perfect for all that time...
Judging by your reviews on fallout 3 and 4, you did about 5% of extra content in four, compared to nearly every side content in fallout 3. I think you should definitely replay 4.
8 bit's second life should come back. It does makes sense and the brawler really needs it, considering it is one of the worst ones currently. Besides, it's not Even that broken. Doug has it as his ult.
Yeah but the difference is you can wait for Doug's to finish while 8-Bit's was always guaranteed. Also, Doug doesn't have a shield when respawning while 8-Bit did
