WOW - great renovation in both apartments. Nice space as well. I also went to the website and the pricing seems really good - but I guess the trade-off is you are not in the middle of Tokyo. It looks like you can have a very nice life here. My one question is - do people feel safe in these older buildings because of the possibility of earthquakes, or have they been renovated to current safety standards? Very nice.
