We have been offered Ultra after our second cruise and we have never taken thousands of dollars on to gamble. We each start with a few hundred. Hubby had $1000 free play and turned it into several thousand of his own money. So I wouldn't state people on Ultra cruises have thousands to gamble with. Thanks for the insight
I have been on several premier, and 1 ultra. I love them for all the extras. But mind you the last premier they have diffently cut back on the drawings. I won a samsung galaxy 9 plus on my ultra. That was awesome. I hope they don't change this. Josh I do not feel entitled to be on those cruises, your money is the same as my money. I just want to have fun.
My regular casino offers include drinks everywhere and more cabin choices. I just received my first Ultra offers and it’s limited to free drinks only while in the casino and an inside cabin. I don’t think the off chance of winning free play is worth the Ultra cruise for me. High rollers likely see it differently and receive much better Ultra offers.
I would try it for all the perks and just not be in the casino too much. Wouldn't wanna deal with not being able to get a slot. It would be a chill relax cruise. But I'd try it
We've been on a cruise where it was a Casino cruise and we were just some of the "other passengers" - we still had a blast but we don't gamble so we didn't really lose out from the casino being so busy. I guess if I did gamble, I'd really consider taking one of these offers, but then I'd take the cruise without expecting to gamble a lot during that time. It's a good question. I look forward to seeing if you guys go on one of these kind of cruises in the future.
When you’re on the cruise, there will be signs in the casino. In order to participate, you have to book the offer. We’ve had luck searching premier sailings on the carnival website before so we know what to expect in the casino! Hope that helps!
I was scheduled for my 1st premier cruise in June ‘20 that was canceled. I was soooo looking forward to it. Would definitely book another one just for the experience.
How do you know if a cruise is a premier cruise? I would be pissed if I booked a cruise and could not get casino action. I would not knowingly book one. If I was offered one, I might consider it though
JimB’s Jaunts if you book with a PVP or travel agent they should be able to tell you. The only way I can tell without someone like that telling me is if I have an offer and look it up.

You can charge up to $5000 a day from the slots so you have easy access to lots of money.
My wife and I are dying to go on another cruise 🚢. Y’all are awesome thank you for the videos!

I think I would like to experience it at least once. Maybe on a shorter cruise from a port closer to home.
