@sonic777111 Trapt and Jason Mraz are the only two artists that are truly worth seeing live. The only ones that are actually better live than in the studio. It's such an inspiration.
Personally I think every song should've been a single at some point lol...but I agree, this song was very well written and it's got great beat, it could've been a top tune...
@GuitarMicidal Your opinion is your opinion. Don't judge them 'til you've met them. I have, and they couldn't be anymore down to earth. They actually reach out to the people that made them who they are today, all of their fans, every single one. You have no clue how this band survives off of the people around them. They love to talk to us... oh and btw, seen 'em live 5x, twice as VIP on the bus, and they are VERY relaxed, and VERY humble.
@sonic777111 So so sooooo agreed! Trapt has always been kickass live, and it seems each time they play they improve even MORE, which I say to that "who even thought you could be even better than they already are"... haha
@DarKnightKilla13 It's my opinion. These guys are from. And they talk about growing up on the mean streets of los gatos........when there is a damn corvette dealership right across the street from their high school. I commend trapt for making it big but come on. Don't lie about where you came from.
@sonic777111 You do realize that they touched this performance up for the video and this is not a straight soundboard...I'm not saying that they're not good, but this is not how you would hear them sound if you were actually at the concert. I can hear the autotune and the EQ with the bass as well as the guitar compression.
Yeah you should, I had it at some point in time. But anyway its a good song regardless, just because it's cool to hear how it evolved before final recording.
@GuitarMicidal So on top of making it big, they make music about finding yourself and instead of conforming to a BS high-end society, they make their own paths and learn from their mistakes as they go. Good for them, they kick ass at it.
@GuitarMicidal Wow, okay, obviously you don't know how to do research. Don't judge a book by it's cover. The whole point of the name "Trapt" is that they didn't like where they grew up. It wasn't the point of "oh the mean streets of Los Gatos", it was "the anxiety, stress, and sinful pride caused by living in such a place"... in other words... it was such a high end place to live where you had to be perfect and had to do this and that... they couldn't take it, they felt TRAPPED... Duh.
Alright I don't see how this arguement started over my opinion.......but whatever. I like Trapt as a band but the INDIVIDUALS, I don't like. Was what I was trying to say.
Hmmm... the older version isn't too bad, it's with the original drummer... and you can tell... the drumming's sorta mediocre... he never was that advanced at drumming... but otherwise I like how Chris sings it.
I could never understand why this song wasn't a single. It's one of the two best songs on the debut album.
this dudes voice gives me chills in a good way
All the live shows are great.
Fucking love this band!!! Always good music from this band.
Absolutely true man, even to this day! Great bunch of guys in person as well!
Trapt is so Amazing
Damn this song is fuckin good.

amazing song and amazing band!!
The live one is really good, look for the original "TRAPT" CD with the man mowing the lawn on the front greyish-colored cover.
No problem man! I love this song.
Lol yeah. I've heard that version, and I forget where you can get it. I used to have all the EP's, but I recently lost them and cannot find them :(

Great song...Love playing it on my seven.
@surgeyX That's awesome, I'd love to hear how it sounds on a 7.

No problemo... it's a great songggg.
@VegasPoker No, but I meant like from someone else who wasn't Simon or Robb hahahaha.
@DarKnightKilla13 well the guitarist in this video is playing a 7 so you already have heard it lol
?? This is the original Hollowman, that was on their first album... it's just them playing it live...

@VegasPoker Yahh :)
@DarKnightKilla13 ah right cool man

wtf happened to the old version of howllowman??
i liked it better :/
@GuitarMicidal Negative, Trapt is definitely not a group of pussies man.
