@@nbkpeezylive Niko is the best rifler ever bro, you should really check him out, he owns donk. (edit: ok i saw you saying that the vid will come, mb lol)
@@nbkpeezylive But FR, he is the consensus Greatest Rifler of all time, with that Laser Aim, and the only one that can actually match Donk and even beat him in a head to head
Ropz came from the KZ scene which is all about movement and smoothness. Pretty much like getting through a jump map as fast as you can. And for a while he was one of the best, then got into comp. So that may be why his pov seems so smooth. Having good movement can make you a god.
Ropz is by far and away the best movement player in the pro scene. He is the only pro i have seen with the confidence and skill to even attempt the CSGO inferno pallet 360 Jumpbug let alone get fairly close.
There’s videos called “What it feels like to play against …” it just shows the pov of the enemy getting killed and it just feels like there’s nothing you can do against these top players
ive been randomly watching your reaction videos for a bit now and it is a lot of fun seeing you understand more and more things about the game and pro play, much love
Ropz plays like a literal robot. His background in KZ makes it so that every single movement looks like it is done intentionally and perfectly. He is always moving, letting him pick and choose when, where and how he takes fights. Especially in that first clip. He straight up ignores the second player after missing because he knows his balcony is exposed. So he drops down for cover while keeping himself behind cover towards the player that was going arches. That clip is THE BEST example of a missed chance followed by an absolutely PERFECT recovery.
That spray control with the cat was pretty nuts. clearly practicing off stream with him. Also Ropz had a quiet year this year as far as his standards go, outside of the shanghai major. and even though that was recent, his performance at the major was overshadowed by donk and others. so mostly just recency bias, with ropz not being at the forefront of everyones thoughts. there are a good chunk of players that would probably fall into this criteria. twistzz, magisk, device (awper), fallen(awper), kscerato, Elige, etc. I was mostly naming people who are still playing t1/t2. Im sure others in the comments can add more players to watch
Would be dope to see you watch an Astralis history dive. Arguably CS:GO's greatest team, but unequivocally CS:GO's most dominant team. The ruled the pro scene for like 2-3 years, were the godfathers of Nuke for a whole while and grandfathered most of the strats used on Nuke. They were the main push for high IQ utility usage as well. Honestly, having been active in watching the pro scene during their reign, it legit felt like the majors were just to see who would get 2nd place, that's how dominant they were. A major would start and the whole community was like "yeah yeah, we know Astralis is winning, but who's gonna be second this major" lol
Honestly, follow a team through a tournament. Get invested, it's a lot of fun! Could just be a small tier 2/3 tourney, too. Not too many tourneys going on right now in January, but there is one: Frost and Fire. It's in a closed qualifier right now, and the main event starts on the 9th.
Somebody already mentioned this but these POV videos from the player who's getting killed are really something. Nadeking's video: How it feels to play CS:GO against PROS? There are others dedicated to specific players too. When a mechanically talented player like Ropz, Xantares, Scream, NiKo etc. prefires you, there's barely any time to react to that. Even on LAN. In online games there's even less time. Those videos really put that mechanical skill into perspective now that you have some experience with the game.
Man your content is so good for us cs players! Why not try something new and watch like The story of the awp by the score esports, that video is a banger and it does also explain some cs history while at it, just how scary some players trully were when this weapon were in their hands, and how trully symbolic this weapon is for Cs as a whole! Edit: Even stuff like, The story of KennyS or KennyS impossible prime by thorin, as these videos are also incredibly well made, not in the least boring!
Yo next CS2 react video HAS to be Tense1983. Absolute legend, something completely different from the pro scene but arguably one of the most iconic Counter-Strike players.
to be fair every pro player has at least one crazy highlight we told you about the best ofthe best s1mple - just THE goat, undisputed kenny's - bro made them nerf the awp c'mon zywoo - his plays seem effortless, there isn't a single move without a purpose mayonese - my baby goat, prodigy, the best movement, knows everything there is to the game cuz he played +20k hour by the age of 18 (he's 19 rn), the most satisfying to watch highlights niko - best rifler, broke a desk, missed s1mple's head shooting from the back, no majors won still one of the greatest donk - the best player rn, major winner and mvp at the age of 17, best performance record holder(taken from niko) also game knowledge advanced since then. i would say faceit lvl 10-2.5k elo stack would be able to win pros from the first 3 years of csgo just by strats and utility(debatable)
since you ask about ropz with an awp, hes generally the second awper. how that works in teams is you dont buy more than 1 awp but if a player likes to use awp and isnt your main awper you only play it if you get the awp from the enemy team. and thats ropz's role on faze, broky is their awper
Alright boss man buckle up, I'm gonna drop a wall of text but I've been watching pro CS since 2014 so lemme put you on. First of all, it's always awesome seeing new players get into cs, I've been having fun watching your videos, and there's HEAPS of iconic moments for you to enjoy. About Ropz (fuck the comments this guy is crazy skilled just like you think) - yeah his awp is good, but at the pro level most riflers don't use it due to the cost/risk, however some pros like Ropz are built different and can take on a "secondary awp" role which adds a lot to a team. About m0nesy, you got a glimpse of his skill but you'll understand the hype when you watch his tournament highlights. Definitely recommend finding another video on him. Same with NiKo tbh Also if you're looking for CSGO clips specifically, I'd recommend looking for highlights on Hiko (super talented American oldhead) or just finding one of the 50 billion "best csgo moments" videos. One last thing, some clips are way more impressive when you realise the context they happen in. For example, plays that happen on match point (12 rounds), clutches from a player that's 1 shot or has only a few bullets in the gun, the kind of weapons the enemy team has etc. Obviously it's impossible to pay attention to all of those things in the moment but keeping that in the back of your head can make a play 2x more hype. Anyway I'm done rambling now, cheers for reading all of this (or if you didn't I get it lmao). Keep doing your thing bc your videos are great and the vibes are positive. Have a great day dude
ropz is actually a super solid secondary awper. Usually teams will have a designated player they favour to pick up another sniper if they have the money for it or for certain strats, ropz is that for faze and he's been really good at it, but he's too good of a rifler to give that up as its a way more demanding role to fill
watch the stewie2k montage. He was one of the players that really jumpstarted the NA scene. It was dark days in CS:GO for awhile for the NA rosters and this young kid comes out of nowhere. Basically picked up off twitch and started to dominate high level NA CS with a super aggro style that was no common back then. Eventually won a major.
he actually just switched team like week ago, now he will be playing in vitality with zywoo. His first tournament in new team starts 14th day this month hope you watch some of the tournament in stream
18:12 GOTV is like 32 tick to my knowledge so there can be clips that look like not a hit especially when people are strafing, been the case since go, and maybe b4 that. That being said it may have been a miss I mean it's CS2, tho seems that pro's agree the game responsiveness and hitreg etc. is good on 0 ping.
13:45 I think thats absolutely truth, and the same goes for Zywoo. You only watched his awping clips while most of his legendary clips are using rifles/pistols
Ropz is going to Vitality (the team where Zywoo plays). He will most likely be replaced by Elige (American player). I suggest reacting to Zywoo (currently #1 AWPer) and Elige (also has a nice RUclips channel where he analyses and teaches CS mechanics).
You have to see highlights from kyosuke, a new upcoming prodigy with insane mechanics. Right now in spirit academy roster, the same path as donk took. He has been mentioned alot this past year. He has almost bot-like movements, extremely smooth and efficient in everything, he is like ropz 2.0 (also ropz picked him as his "bold prediction" recently in his top 20 player announcment artice (ropz placed 18 last year, 3 in 2023) . There is this new video with some recent highlights - 7 minuts of kyosuke domination on face it. You will be blown. Also, ropz is likely the best movement pro, he was grinding KZ and a big pillar of the community (the movement mode, obsactle maps wth bhops strafes long jtricks etcv), cs2 unfortunately basically killed the community and only few people play on cs source or cs 1.6, but ropz still holds some map records and he had a long jump record at one point if i remember. you can find it online.
i was actually thinking ropz is a great one to watch especially his early highlights cause his crosshair placement is smooth af. also one of the few pros who plays on native resolution
I think in terms of smoothest looking POVs when watching I think Twistzz has the smoothest aim. He plays on decently low sense like Niko, and I'm not saying Twistzz is better, just how smooth his aim is when walking around clearing corners, flicking, and everything else. Ropz you can see has a little bit of shakiness to his aim, still a robot and crazy rifler. Im just meaning in the smoothness while spectating.
ropz used to be one of my top 3 guys for many years. idk why ive lost a bit of excitement for faze clan last half of the year. first they really went crazy at start of cs2 coming out, but then it felt like all the other teams are catching up.
Kiwi is super cute omg 😍🥰Kiwi str8 up looked at the cam immediately after u said say what up youtube wtf 😂 Ummm.... I'm 99% sure that isn't a stray cat tho, feral cat would never ever just chill if someone did this 0:45 also they never go to just random doors to meow, because feral cats know how to hunt, scavenge, and know the public places where they can beg for food if they really are desperate or where there are non-profits feeding feral animals. Right thing to do would be to ask ur neighbours first if a cat is missing and/or just take him to the local rescue they will check if he is chipped and if there is photo match of him in their registry. If you feel like you want a cat for yourself there is more then enough orphan cats at rescues that haven't been picked up in ages and really need a home, or they'll be euthanized, and Kiwi may already have one, more then likely.
Ropz is very decent with op. Sometimes, when he has an off game with a rifle, he picks a secondary op role and gets going, then switched back to rifle.
Ropz is crazy ye but his consistency, and tendency to choke at grandfinals is the reason most people don't mention his name if they ask "the greats" of the game. He does have a major under his belt and big success in FaZe and Mouz before, but the amount of times FaZe have been in the finals and fell short is crazy. The reason why ropz gameplay is so smooth to watch is that he started as a movement player in 1.6 KZ, like thousands of hours of just movement servers in addition to his robotic aim when he is locked in. He really tried to comeback carry on CT side map 3 with AWP this last major grandfinals and it was the last major with the four musketeers (Ropz, Karrigan, Rain, Broky) it was really soul crushing to witness :|| I really wanted that fucking OT. Well all good things come to an end eventually, will be interesting to see Ropz in Vitality with ZyWoo, on paper that is a major winning team.
In competitive CS, unless they can't here you or you are running out of time, always shift walk. If you don't shift walk, you'll lose 70-90 percent of 1v1 duel. By not shift walking, you basically tell the other person, "You know my position, I don't know your position, so do a better positioning and k1 ll me already." So yeah, do more shift walking.
You can check hltv ranking and pick some random players who are in top 10/20 teams rn. Practically whoever you choose, it will be great content. Greetings from Poland btw 🤓❤
I've actually liked watching your videos cause I love cs and like seeing peoples reactions who aren't super used to it so don't take this bad I just think you need to turn the gain on your mic down just a tad I can definitely hear it clipping anytime you talk more then a normal volume. Also watch some Karrigan he isn't the best aimer but he's the brains of Faze he's the reason why CS is more like chess then a shooter at times
Yes ropz clean movement, calm aim and good aim replacement, if watch simple or someone who play with his gamesense (strong gamesense) hard to learn mechanic from them but watch player like ropz u will easy get better at the game
