Can you do a comparison review on the new Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed? On paper, seems to be mostly the same audio quality and user experience for a lot less :)
Sadly I can't pull that off. I can only purchase so many headsets and tech gadgets at a time and right now I just bought the V2 pro 2023 and a controller for review so I'll only be comparing it to headsets I currently have like the nova 7 for example

cannot say I agree with a few things the highs are a little to strong on this headset. They also are far more comfortable then Cloud 2. I am waiting for my cloud 3 to arrive any minute to compare.

Ive never personally used the astro a40 however I've heard great things about them however I do think that using the cloud 3 is more versatile by in way of a nicer to use wired on a controller and the controls are on the headset and if your close to your console the USB sound card works really well on PS4/PS5 also the cloud 3 have software cloud 2 does not. Although you can also consider the g pro x (2nd gen) which is even better then both with higher quality software great sound and removable wire. The sound quality of the g pro x is also great. If your playing competitive games I really would say the cloud 2 or g pro x. Anyway sorry for long winded reply I try to give as much detail as I can
I've used a lot of hyper x stuff and even there lower cost range is pretty damn good 💯 These hyper expensive headsets aren't always the easiest thing for me to recommend but I still review them from time to time
If price is a problem. Amazon. I have a set coming in today for 107$ like new. If they arent good or what i want. I can return with no worries!

Comfort id say Blackshark but sound id say hyper x cloud 2. However the cloud 2 are also extremely comfortable one of the most comfortable out there

I didnt have a cloud 2 headset to compare because mine died however yes the highs can be quite strong sometimes depending on the game our content.
These have had hinge problems because of the plastic.
