And even when that happens, it still becomes much harder to look for another job, colleagues will cut off communication, etc. Would you take that risk? Also, I take umbridge at framing it as "women don't seem to mind gaining substantial amount of money". If they were sexually harassed, they _deserve_ to be compensated, especially since they'll likely face a loss in some income following the case.
