That game was played on a server with fast vehicle spawn so the 2nd spawned just after the first took off.

Yes, there is but if you don't like unlocking everything you can import your ea account data or just join a max xp server and unlock everything instantly.
How populated are the rush servers?
The last time i played you could easily find a full server any time

Yes, you can play everything just like on ea servers.

Unfortunately not but you can get it for free on PC, it will work on any computer basically.
