I am sorry to say that I had no idea who Bix was; I had to view Season 1 to remember him. I remember the playa, the doctor and the PR rising star, but not him 4 some reason. I just couldn't, so strange. I'm not sure if it was the shock of death or what. However, that is how death usually is sometimes, one big shock.

This is a great show and you guys do a great job cramming a lot of character development into 10 minute episodes. I'm glad you guys do what you do! I do have to say that I was a little disappointed with the reactions of the friends to a close friend's death. To think of anyone losing a good friend and not even come close to shedding a tear seems very difficult to relate to. Other than this episode, I feel like you have done a great job at creating some interesting and relatable characters. :-) Keep up the good work and I look forward to more episodes!
Oh it is Trust! 1000x better than Season 1. The feedback is amazing and we were selected to several major international festivals because of it. And Mark Tallman is a phenomenal addition to the show, as you will see.

This is a dramedy after all, and there are always lighter comedic moments even in the most hardcore dramas. It was a moment of levity. It wasn't poking fun at a profession. And the guys didn't "Get over" their friends death. They're not happy go lucky at all.

I mean it's handled so poorly that you can tell the director, writers and actors (they play this scene with zero feeling) wanted to get past it as quick as possible but thy needed to explain where Jake was.

Really like this episode and the story, but the death and some other parts of the story here were not too well sold! Adding some more music and playing around with the lighting and switching it up a bit and slower camera movements, slower dialogue pace would had helped a bit more. And i said all those out of love.
Great feedback. Glad you liked. However, those things are so typical and melodramatic. Not interested in depicting death and its affects in a cliche way. People grieve different ways. Plus it's short episode. Can't waste time in short format on elements that are just fat and don't move a story forward. There is a passage of time being show that they are there all night. so it can be taken for granted that all the typical expressions have happened and that these are moments at different intervals during the night. you can see on their expressions they are dazed, shocked and likely had been crying. Many ways to tell a story we guess. And even the atypical ones are valid. :-) :-) xoxo love when fans examine in a healthy discourse like you.

I stumbled upon this, quite by accident, and it was certainly an interesting video. Overall, I found it to be expertly done. The acting was exceptional, though I though the actress delivering the news of the friend's death seemed a bit too cheerful. She has a remarkable screen presence, however. The main actor was excellent in his delivery of the lines, and in his overall performance. The direction was excellent, and the dialogue seemed authentic, for the most part. I need season 2 to see on streaming or at least download it online. You offer CDs in your home page now. Marcio. Like we've said before, the Free was for a Limited Time only and was a promo in the spring. The Amazon Prime is a full TV version of the show meaning the epsiodes are what 30 minutes episodes would be if the show was on TV instead of the shorter web versions you're accustomed to. The version on the Amazon Link is Season 1 and 2 combined to make a full Television season. You can buy the whole season to won or you can skip right to "season 2" part and start from there. If you only want to see Season 2, start from Episode 3. Furthermore, DVDs of tv shows and movies are still a big seller. They fly off the shelves every quarter and we have to keep restocking. The reason why the DVD exists is because keep requesting to own a physical after they ahve watched the stream. There are still many people who like to own and feel it in their hands. People still buy books even though they can download them, and magazines and newspapers and DVDs enough to still make it. Enjoy.

Grief counselors in hospitals are unsung heroes in many ways, and it seemed odd to use the character in that way. Frankly, it seemed more odd that the friends quickly recuperated from their friend's death. But the video was expertly done, and I definitely want to see more.
Ok, I say this first, so if you don't want to read the rest, don't. I liked season 2 despite my expectations and I'm waiting eagerly for the third. Why "despite my expectations"? The whole dead Jake ordeal. I'm sorry to tell you this but it was very badly handled. I'm guessing the actor didn't wanna come back, you didn't want to depress everybody.... but in my humble opinion it would have been better to have one super depressing episode and then do like a "3 weeks later" or something. The laughs and jokes at the end of this ep, the behaviour of the whole gang in the next 2, especially Dane's (who considered Jake's to be like a brother?) and his boyfriend's, not to mention Kendra COMPLETE disinterest in the happenings a part from the parts that revolve around herself (unless that's wanted)... it was difficult to accept tbh. But as I said despite that part I liked the season and I can't wait for the next one.
I really don't like Dalton and Ben. I get that death does not have to be overly dramatic or sad, so it's not about that, I just don't like their personalities in general.
Why did they kill off the Jake character..? Actor had to leave the show..? They cant find another guy to replace him?? Like how the actor playing Will in Days of Our Lives was replaced with another actor, they could have just done that right? Just try n find a similar looking guy if not then just find another guy ?
