Hi Stacey! You should definitely be able to cover the headband with decorated ribbon and not overlap. You may need to glue it a little more often on the under side of the headband.
Hi Lea! We do have a variety of headbands available. We have plastic, metal, fabric, double ruffle, sequin and a few more. If you go to our site and click "Hats & Headbands", you will see the variety we offer. Have a wonderful day!
The ribbon and plastic headbands can be purchased from our website (The Ribbon Retreat). The plastic headbands are found in the Hats and Headbands category.
Thank you for this great tutorial. I just covered a headband with blue jean material I got from an old pair of jeans and put a white daisy on it. Came out so cute. I would like to see a tutorial for the cupcakes you have on the table.
Hi Sheila! Thank you for your comment! :) We have High Temp glue guns available on our site. If you go to "Tools and Supplies" and click on Glue Guns, you will see what we have. Have a great day!
Hi! You can find headbands without combs on our website - the link can be found in the video. Simply click on the Hardware section and Plastic Headbands. Have a great day!
We don't have an exact tutorial for the pink flower, but something similar. You can find it here: www.theribbonretreat.com/blog/cover-button-felt-flower.html. Instead of using felt, cut squares out of satin ribbon. Good luck!
This was very helpful. I've been doing it differenty and this works much better. Love the variations. Where do you get that glue gun?:) Thanks. You're very professional and explain things well.
I was wondering how do you wrap the headband and not get dents or creasss in the ribbon? I tried several times and all my headbands have dents in the ribbon. Yours looks so smooth
hi! thanks for that great video! I was wondering if there was a way to cover a headband with a decorated ribbon (without rapping it and overlapping it) I dont want to cover the design on my ribbon
olá, to a dias procurando na net como forrar a tiara com duas cores de fitas na diagonal e achei aqui mais não tendo o que vc falar tem como me ajudar enviando a maneira de fazer isso? grata e parabéns pelo trabalho !!
Hi Pari! You can use fabric glue, but it doesn't dry as fast, you would want to maybe use an alligator clip to hold the ribbon in place as it dries. Have a wonderful day!
Damn I searched all over YT and eventually found a tutorial that’s actually useful. Thanks.

Hi Ghazal! One thing to try is to hold the ribbon tight as you wrap it. That should help. Have a wonderful day.
