Yeah I had those Payton’s and Kidd shoes, like several different “skins” to switch out! Although the shoes were hella hot, haha, not a lot of breathability 😂 The Alpha Project was a dope era 🤘🏼
I had the Kidd and Payton morphs/skins. They were both some of the coolest shoes I had (at least as a concept). And also the worst actual basketball shoes. If someone stepped on your foot while playing, there was a good chance the whole skin would come flying off and it wasn't that quick to get them back on the inner boot. Essentially you ended up playing 1 footed a lot. Still loved them though, just couldn't play with them. Nowadays they probably would have been labeled a trainer instead because of that reason
These are do nice. I have a new appreciation for them now that the og models have returned. Definitely plan to pick up a pair b4 all pairs are disbursed to ppl who a actually want them. I love "under the radar" sneakers. Thanks for doing vids on less popular models. Getting the Air Kukini as well. 👍🏽
I know this is a old video but someone needs to do a side by side wirh these ambushed and the supreme darwins they look alot alike only thing I can see in video is the air in the heel but they look alot alike just saying
So I own a pair 13 of these and they are fairly comfortable new anyways but the one thing I don’t like about them is my feet always slip off my brake pedal when I’m driving and the black plastic on the Velcro strap scratches very easily my pants rubbed against them and scratched it! I own the blue,white,red and purple ones and the blue ones are the only ones I’ve had an issue with.
Got them for $115 at sale in Malaysia now, looks clean af, bulky, but super comfy. And just looks lit on the foot. Can't wait to try them on the court. Probably without the strap though

Adjust force og was from 1993-94 I think, it was my first pair of Nikes, the alpha project I think was at the timeliness of 1999-2000 maybe?
