Soil Texture Analysis using Hydrometer Method and Soil Texture Diagram (Soil Practical)

This video is laboratory based in nature. It main purpose is to quickly show how soil texture analysis is carried out using Hydrometer Method following the standard protocol, and then finally determine the Soil Texture class using Soil Texture Diagram.
The main intention of this video is to help students in the following possible ways:
1. To get an idea how soil texture is analyzed in the laboratory and also how soil texture class is determine using soil texture diagram
2. A platform for them to recapitulate the step wise procedure that they have learned and conducted earlier in School/College/University
3. To recall, the entire procedure for analysis, determination and calculation, while preparing for exams

The way you explain everything is impressive. However, I have a few questions, what is the type of hydrometer that you used, it looks similar on what we have used but we are having a hard time in solving. The unit of the hydrometer weve used is gram per cubic centimeter, the formula is for gram per liter.Should we convert it? Its our first time doing the method , I hope you understand sir. Thank you
