Railroad tracks at Botony and Orchard.....ran behind Orchard St, crossed River Road and over the Passaic River via old creosote timber RR bridge. THE BLACK BRIDGE...."and don't play on the black bridge!". Cross Black Bridge into Passaic and Dundee Mills area.....big slimy carp and large scary snapping turtles. Used to an Island in Passaic river right where that creek I mentioned enters Passaic River. Probably got a condo on it now:)

I lived in Garfield in the 50's and 60's. On Ray St, Division Ave, and Orchard Street.
Haven't been back there since mid 60's.
Down at bottom of Botany Hill was area referred to as "the hollow".. Open area.Werner Ford nearby. Creek ran through area. Lots of fossils where creek crossed river road. Mostly ferns..
Gotta look at some more of your videos.
I lived in Lodi, Saddle Brook, Ridgefield Park, Clifton, and Passaic too:)
