I am one of the unlucky ones this season who had their box lost in the shipping process with FFF. I got a shipping label on 2/14 with no movement in over 2 weeks and then after FFF was supposedly sending out a replacement box I got a box delivered. I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is my original box, so I think I'm still getting the replacement box they sent out.

Happy Monday Lori! So glad you finally got your box. Hopefully, you'll get another one too. Having to wait sucks. I did pay for rush shipping. and got my spring box on 02/17. I had ordered a lot of add on's for our beach trip and was afraid of a lost box and items being OOS, so it was worth it to me.
My replacement box is scheduled for delivery tomorrow!
I am an annual member. I received a notification that a shipping label had been created on Feb. 9th. I didn’t receive my box until Feb. 25th. I was beginning to worry that it had been lost. It was shipped through Laser Ship. It sounds like many people had delays in shipping this time. I am glad you finally received your box.
Yeah it seems like they have had a lot of shipping issues this season. Hopefully that doesn’t continue!
Thank you for sharing the shipping issue. My label was created 2/9 with no movement. I paused your video to contact them. I think I was a bit naive to be so patient. I am now concerned that I won’t get my selections or additional choices. Fingers crossed that everything I originally chose will be coming. Best of luck in getting selected to work with them. I think you would be a great choice.

My friend Christie and I her last box did not come and did not come in so I finally called and they re-issued and gave us two really nice bonuses and that box came and then the original box came there so later. That was her winter box
My replacement box is supposed to be here tomorrow. So I guess there is a small benefit to having to wait for bc shipping! 2 boxes.
I subscribed to your channel along time ago because of your FabFitFun videos there the best ..kicking myself for not adding on the sun glasses hopefully they will have them again

I chose the carafe, placemats, eye mask, roundie, face cleanser and my sister chose the lotion (I didn't want anything from that category).
I am really excited for the carafe (I have a baby and am nursing) and I needed new placemats.

I'm still waiting for my box! I show label created on 2/22 with no other movement since. Chatted with FFF and they told me to wait 2 full weeks before they will take further action. So that's 3/8. Talk about being late to the party! lol

Sorry I accidentally sent while reviewing and had not finished. I received an update on the original tracking number. Fedx had received the item and its on its way. But its hung up in Indianapolis. Hmmm
Where did come from? I live in Iowa. Logistics not making sense to me. Everything (and more) that I have put in my post I have said to FFF. I love getting the box, their edit sales, etc. Its my guilty pleasure box. BUT I DO NOT WANT TO BABYSIT THE TRACKING OF MY BOX!
There seems to be a lot of shipping problems in Indiana this season! But yeah that is strange yours went there to get yo Iowa!
