As a rule of thumb is it better to send a card for grading regardless of its condition if it's a staple of the hobby? I think a video of why you should or should not do grading would be a good idea as some of us who are less familiar with the process would benefit from it. As usual, nice informative video.

I get the predict the future question a lot, but cannot provide a number with certainty; no one can. However, I don't see anything sealed base significantly declining over time. That does not mean the price will go to the moon. But as time goes on, more packs will be opened, less will be available, and it will become more of a historic item to own.

I have a massive Eevee only card collection. There is an Eevee boom in the Fan base so MAYBE my cards can be sold for a higher price. I have regular, 1st edition in the earlier sets, japanese 1st edition, japanese promos with and without holos, cards from chocolate and toys r us, & regular/reverse holo of English later sets and japanese counterparts. I even have cards that eevee is a cameo in the picture of other pokemon cards & world championship deck cards that used Eevee. I just need 2 rare- Scramble #19 and the Fan Club card.

You mentioned specifically about that card (and other battle road cards) potentially not have good demand, pricepoint, etc. Is it a bad investment to keep holding onto it? (current psa 10 population for this card the last time I checked was 10?)

honestly yes. it has all 3 starter pokemons on the card and the 20th anniversary stamp. those 2 things will make it very wanted by the people. and you can still get ungraded gem mint copies on ebay
np i would look on ebay for an ungraded one they are still easy to find and you can grade it yourself as i find a graded psa 10 card a bit to expensive. but it's all up to you ofc
What set and what form of ultra ball secret rare or standard trainer? Most likely the price will be the same for ultra ball in normal form since its playable and will be playable forever essentially.

ebay completed listings is the best option. You can search anything on ebay, then on the left side select "completed listings" and you can see what they actually sold for. Also, PSA graded cards are different than ungraded. Most-all items psa graded with a high grade earn a higher price.

Depends on what era but most BW/XY sets and some older ones but to summerize most sets from the ex era and as said late bw era and xy era are filled brim to the top with ex cards

Keep it the problem here is as you out it yourself a niched market byt it will only keep on rising in value.

Quality Quality and QUALITY. The 2017 print run is alot better, and the copyright could be changed to but for sure the reprints are often far better.
