A very pleasant apartment if you're looking for a complex which is well-managed, though this does of course come with community fees. I like the position of the second bedroom, which affords a modicum of privacy for friends and family. It will be quite pricey to buy around €240k at a guess. Downsides might be traffic noise from the road, the internet cafe or renters arriving at all hours, reading some of the reviews.
Hi Dougie, there's very little change in the market at the moment price wise. There are a few people who have been on the market for a while and are therefore more motivated to sell and have dropped their prices to make their offering more attractive to the buyers that are here, but no...the bottom has not fallen out of the market.
Hi Steve, right on almost all counts...it's a great complex and well looked after, there are community fees but are 100€ per month plus electric and water. That second bedroom is a nice addition and out of the way and as you say, with another bathroom there, it's easy to have your privacy. Here's where you're not quite correct, which is unusual for you...the price is 220.000€...and in fact, as the property looks into the complex at the pool, I can't imagine that there'll be any noise at all from the traffic...but other than those two points, spot on as usual.
