New to this channel. I think random ah I watched one of the shorts and immediately saved it to my playlist and I’m watching it everyday. Feels so good to know that people are discussing these stuff.
Me and my friends would do the exact same thing when we meet up. We start with basic things that we do and end up in deep conversations of life. I live in a different country now and I can’t spend time with them like how we used to do before. I started watching your videos and I felt like I’m sitting with my friends. I shared with all of my close friends and they are now subscribed to your channel.
I have no words. Thank you for this amazing channel. It’s hard to find people who can think in this level. Routine life la so many people are stuck and they don’t have time for these.
All the best guys. Keep doing this ❤

Welcome to our channel! We are glad to see you join us on this interesting journey. You are right, there's not a lot of channels discussing deep topics. But we understand that people like quick entertainment but sometimes we seek for content that goes into the shades of emotions and thoughts that are rarely discussed on a platform like this. We used to call this little feeling we have as "true feelings" back in school days and we are blessed to have evolved to realize the depth behind such a simple feeling. We wanted to talk more about this and we will get to it in another episode at some point to revisit more thoughts. Please stay tuned and we will try to keep up with similar shades of discussion. 🫡 Thank you for your support!

Like MK, I have also traveled far from home for my studies, facing the same challenges he mentioned. He's right; there's nothing wrong with being original rather than getting lost in the crowd. Well said. I listened to the first podcast and subscribed! Looking forward to hearing more from you guys! ❤❤❤

I'm enjoying the conversation you guys are having here. I'm just listening to it in chronological order.
Just have to mention about the needs theory of Maslow. He never intended it to be a pyramid when he first formulated it. He saw human needs to be more fluid and non linear rather than a progressive step by step process.
And during his last days he added one more need to his theory, which is Transcendence. To transform one's self and reach out to others needs.
Viktor frankl's small escapades into his daydreams about the time he wanted spend with his wife after going out of the camp, even though uncertain, gave him a hope which served as a coping mechanism. This is called semblance of hope.
But him making meaning out of every small events which were happening around him, was mainly because he could see death's Omnipresence and him surrendering to his mortality. This made him value every breathing moment he had. Started making meaning out of small things.
That's when he came up with this concept of making meaning moving forward on life rather than dwelling in the past. No matter how golden the past must have been.
And frankl even went a step far in empathizing with other people and wanting to reach out to them with this book and logotherapy without even mentioning his name in the initial days of printing.
He was already self actualised, Maslow's fifth and higher need, when he completed the book and framing the technique as he always wanted to do. But also transcended his self, by not taking credit or wanting too initially. And accepted in taking credit only after being forced by his friends.
For normal life, most may not live life in suchbextreme manner where death is in shirt pocket like vetaiyatu vilaydu Raghavan, but we can keep ourself in constant state of vulnerability by opening up with random people and try connecting with them, which makes a person more fluid in terms of ego and not so rigid. The more fluid we are, the more we appreciate small things around us. It keeps the kid inside us alive.
That's my understanding with Maslow and viktor frankl. And I think their theories are in line with each other. And the antidote I can diagnose for people losing meaning.
The message is a bit long and hope it makes sense with some flow of continuity. Also in terms of vocabulary and message😂
I like existentialism and humanistic approach coming out of it. That's why could not control the urge and wrote a long one.😂😂

Never control your urge to write such a useful information for everyone who reads it. This is exactly what we want in our channel, we want people to take something that could nourish their minds when they get to our channel, be it the content of the video or the comment section. We hope to see more engagement and sharing of knowledge and insight. And speaking of true feelings, this was our attempt to sit and record our 1st episode and we were about to keep this as a personal shoot attempt and start shooting from the next one, eventually we decided to just upload this too. We want to revisit some of the episodes and concepts as there's so much more to explore and discuss in these topics. Hopefully in the future, we will revisit and bring in more details for people to enjoy. Keep typing out long comments, we read it and I'm sure that the real seekers who happen to be our subscribers will also read and take insights from it.
As children we didn't realize how these simple feelings would shape us even as fully grown adults and give us such a deep appreciation for life.

It's amazing to realise that as children we lived so much more better than now.
The irony of it right ! - you may not "know" as much but you live better and as we grow we "know" more but live less. 😅Loved the podcast! Waiting for more 🎉

Interesting discussion 🤩 Blessed that many of us as a child/youth had friends to have deep conversations and do simple fun things! Glad you are all together noticing and appreciating simple things in life 🤩

Thank you! These simple moments and pleasures are the ones that makes life so valuable and worth living. We often seek happiness in big things while we miss out on things we have right around us. The whole purpose of life is just - To Live fully. Deeply. Appreciating every shade of this beautiful life.
