2. Intention to listen to this or any ruqya with the hope that Allah heal you and believe in His Word (Quran) and His power.Focus on the words you hear (dua and quran)
3. pray on time, lots of Dua and ISTIGHFAR
4 sometimes it helps to close your eyes whilst listening in order to focus better. Recommended to listen to any ruqya before bedtime and/or after waking up.
