Actually you deserve credit for highlighting a couple of players that have been excellent IRL this summer. Olmo was really good for Spain U21 and Kubo has been good for Real Madrid in the summer friendlies.
Sadly “KEEP UP THE PACE” is the only drill that increases Stamina. Only other way to assist is to give the player a lot of matches. But it still doesn’t increase too much. 😢
