Before Jesus, the world was full of sin; wicked in all that it had done. God could've destroyed the earth, but he decided not to. He decided to send his son, Jesus Christ, to take on the price for our sin, and through him, we are saved!
So, come to know Jesus, not as a religious figure, but as your Lord and God!

To anyone wondering if it does work, the answer is no. Neither did another video of him. Honestly, you're better of standing, and then just make randome stretch movements, shake your arms and body like an idiot etc.
Not kidding btw, I did this. Tried it fast, tried it while holding it for 10 seconds. Did the other side. Did nothing. Then acted like an idiot for 20 or so seconds. Relieved a lot of the stress.

@@susanvega1221 Ive just had full hip replacement privately because 4yrs after referral I was going insane. Showed this nitwit clip to orthopedic surgeon who was appalled at how dangerous this was. Physio and chiropractor were stunned too. @@susanvega1221 I'm 63 (till november) and having had the hip surgery done, was well worth cashing my pension in for and EVERY penny spent....🥳 The herniated disc can also cause whats called "TRANSFERED PAIN"...From the herniated disc-hip- knee-ankle. Orthopedic Surgeon and Private Physio gave the following advice. 1) if you sleep on your back, make a ramp of pillows OR buy a foam wedge, putting pillows on top to suit YOU 2) OR; Lay on the side that doesn't ache as much, put 2 pillows in old pillowcase and put (knee to feet) between your legs. 3) OR; One pillow between your ankles when on your side. DOESN'T always work, but sure as hell eased that burning pain and awfull ache. 4) OR; When sitting, put your butt as far back on the chair, but stay upright, shoulders back and support spine with cushions or pillow. DO NOT CROSS KNEES OR ANKLES... I am an avid reader too and we tend to put book in our lap to read, don't we 😳...bowing your kneck causes extreme pain, because of pressure of curved spine (between shoulder blades, which then irritates the lower herniated disc).. NOT PROMISING it WILL work, but may be worth giving it a try. GOOD LUCK ❤️

@panzerlite8108 You could also take rehabilitation exercises that correct your posture, strengthen your weaker muscles, loosen up stiff joints to balance out your antagonistic muscle pairs, and change your habits that led to bad posture in the first place. There are specific exercises in yoga and pilates that target specific trouble areas.
Compared to chiropractics alone, I strongly believe that exercise based approach is much superior in the long term.
And of course, as an additional measure, chiropractic therapy would help. Nothing wrong with that.

It felt like a my nerve was being pinched. I couldn't sit for long and it felt super tight as if something was compressed. I remember this older lady told me she had Sciatica. I thought I must've caused that for myself. I slept on it and the next day it was still painful. I decided I couldn't live like that and cracked my back like he did and like she did. I did back flips off the wall out of desperation and threw my body around like a 1980's break dancer. Somehow it popped back in place and I haven't had that pain since. That was about 2 months ago. That scared me because I don't want to walk around like an old woman at 34.😭

You can do the same thing standing up. Go to a doorway. Brace your knee on one side and firmly plant your hand, arm as outstretched as possible (you shouldn’t be able to outstretch all the way), on the other side. Bend down and toward said knee. Now switch sides and you’re golden. If you have lower back issues then firmly plant your lower back against one side of the doorframe in the frame’s center. Then, place your hands against the other side at roughly bottom-rib level, with your elbows at an angle like you’re curling weights. Now with your arms, push yourself into the doorframe while you lean forward as far as comfortably possible. If you have lower back problems you should feel the joint release all the way through to your knees, despite the pain originating from your back. That’s how you’ll know you did it right (if you actually have lower back problems)

Cracking your back is maxing out your range of motion.
If you have back pain, something in your back is straight up broken and requires therapy.
If your back is stiff, you just need to go through your range of motion. You literally have to just move your back.
If you have a weak back that gets hurt often, you need to do exercises to strengthen it. Some backs are very weak, but the only way to make them better is to strengthen it at whatever level it can be done safely. The only ways to fix a bad back, is to strengthen it, or surgery. Too many people just do nothing and degenerate.
Source: I have moderate scoliosis (expected to be in a wheelchair eventually) and I spend time taking care of my back so that I don’t herniate my disks, and I can do sports. My orthopedic told me, stay active and strengthen your back, or you’ll need surgery and be in a wheelchair.
It is dumb how people complain about chiropractics, physical therapists, or orthopedics without know the basics. Their job is to literally keep people from turning into frail people who can’t move, or even get out of bed.
80% of people get back problems at some part of their life. We need more back help and education.

    • @OhioBoii330
      @OhioBoii330 Год назад

@timithy4569 Yeahhhh, I was told I am beyond physical therapy and need surgery. I have 2 herniated disc's. One in my lower back, and one in my tailbone area. When they flare up, they both severely pinch my sciatic nerve. I also have ribs that will slip out of place under my shoulder blades and into my mid back. Everything is unpredictable. If I breathe, sneeze, cough, bend, twist or move even slightly in the wrong way, pop, there they go. I also have arthritis in my neck. I'll be 34 on Mothers Day.

Why? Cracking your back is just what happens when you max out your range of motion. Can you not safely reach the end of your range of motion?
If not, you are just waiting to get injured. What the guy posted is pretty safe.
