He is a good storyteller, intelligent in not what he says but how he says it. You need a combination of confidence that you can and a tiny bit of "I can do whatever I want" mindset. I could go on, but certain things cannot be taught. Look, the bottom line to this thing is you - who the f are you and what do you really want in this life? is it to breathe and release carbon? how would you like to go down in the history book of your family, environment and at last (well, to you but not moi) the UNIVIVERSE! Anyway, thank you Vusi. I landed here cuz I heard you speak once and that was enough. I crave for brilliance and unknown unknowns; the best way I have gotten access to such hidden treasures is my unending curiosity.

For Me, communication is a skill I struggle with. Over the years it has become easier but knowing the what for what purpose is damn near impossible. My ultimate goal is to help build an ecosystem in rural areas for informal traders which helps catapult them into mainstream businesspeople building legacy businesses which can be handed over to coming generations. Firstly and most importantly, I watch because I have followed your journey from the beginning and your badass bri. The level at which you operate is something to admire. Your transformation over the years has been 🔥. But mostly you are kind of a boffin of anything business. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with Us

I'm 100% agree with you Vusi. Communication to influence is one of the most critical skills of an effective leader. It's really embedded in understanding the motivation, intent, desired outcome and just cause. If you can align yours with your audience, 1/2 the job is literally done. The rest is a piece of cake.
