I haven't played on a local team ever, but sometimes I do join matches with people that play on local teams and fortunately, I am better than them. My plan is join the JV team when I become a freshman 2 years from now and then I want to get into a good d1 college. But do scouts from all over the world come to watch d1 college matches, such as Premier League scouts?
About your question, not really. There are professional scouts that come to watch, but they are usually for the MLS. However, there are some rare occurrences when some scouts from Europe might have an interest in you. For that to happen, you will need to reach out to them.
Nice video bro💪🏾. I have a question, let's say you want to apply for a sports scholarship abroad but you don't have a highlight video, what other option and possibilities you have?
Bruh I haven’t played in any team; I moved here to US in 2019 I decided to play in high school team but because of the COVID every thing was cancelled and this year maybe there will be no soccer season as well. So can’t I play college soccer? I don’t have any recorded video to show and I haven’t played in any team yet but I want to play college soccer and become pro. there are no clubs according to my age (18) in my area!💔 But I wanna be pro😥
Sorry to hear about this bro. I wish I could help you, but it seems like there is no option for you to play right now. Have you tried looking into trials for semi pro/ pro teams in your area?
@@Princedullah No not yet but I talked to NCSA and they said you need to have recorded videos in order to get the attention of coaches. I have been playing soccer since 2013 and I am really good at it. I was playing in my country but unfortunately I don’t have any videos of it because we didn’t have any facilities there! Here in US as well not played in any team yet. But I am training individually and very hard to be prepared for any chance if I could get Insha Allah. But what is the criteria to play college soccer because I am a senior this year and looking forward to play college soccer. Do I have to play in any area club or high school team or there is trial directly in college without a career profile?
@@Princedullah Actually I tried my best to find a team but unfortunately I haven’t find any team. There are team for U21- U 19 or U18 but U know those players have started playing in these teams or academy from very young age like 12 or 14 and unfortunately I came late when I was 17🤦♂️ but I am still working hard no matter what It really make me upset when thinking about my dream. Sometimes I think that I won’t make it!💔

Depending on the school you want to go to, they do have tryouts for the team. You'll need to ask the coach there.
Don't put yourself down, believe in yourself and you can make it 100%. Keep working hard and eventually you will make it
Which one has a better chance
A local team or the high school team?
Getting on the highest level team in ur area is the best. If high school is the best in ur area, then play high school
Do they record the whole game?
Yes, so that you get a lot of footage to choose from
Is making a highlight video the only way?
If you check out my other video on 5 steps to get recruited for college soccer, it will tell you how to contact coaches to get recruited
