I thought cement would harden within 24 hours and harden the blocks as well so that rain cannot wash off cement after 4 days. It seems the soil requires more sand in it to react with the cement for quicker hardening.
what is the dimension of the block and what is the cost of the machine?
But wait, seems this brick is expensive because if 1bag of cement only mixes 16buckets of soil, producing 120bricks...that means you need alot of cement to make enough bricks
The cost effectiveness comes when building as won't need a lot of cement when brick laying. You just interlock the bricks and the house will be ready in less than a week depending on the size. You just need a little cement for the corners when building
