if his rating is lower than 93 and you bought him ranked up it wont work. For example if you buy a 92 rated player ranked up to 93 it wont work

Fr only good thing about this event is mascherano and that's it.they even nerfed the good packs like it was 10x 82-97 before and now it is 5x 83-97.
