My system is so hybrid like yours! I use Full Focus planner for kind of catching my streams of consciousness while writing (this worked great for my PhD thesis), then I have a singing diary to track my singing goals, a digital Planner for day to day tasks and of course trello for project management - very similar to how you use it cos I learnt it from you! Thanks Kim! Loved this! I find the hybrid model is great and jotting done brief tasks at night before the next day is more relaxing for me then logging into my computer once more. It def helds my wind down time to do the paper based planning at night!
